The Colony West community, represented by the CW HOA (Colony West Homeowner’s Association), has engaged professional management to oversee and maintain our communal areas for homeowners. 

Additionally, the CW COA (Colony West Condominium Association) was formed for those who own units in the three-story buildings.

At Colony West HOA, we provide a range of HOA services to our members, including the maintenance of common areas, trash and recycling collection, and snow removal. 

It’s important to note that the Colony West HOA does not own, sell, lease, or rent any of the units; all units are individually owned.

We encourage all residents of the Colony West community to get involved with the Colony West HOA and help make a difference in our neighborhood!
